In the village of Welton in Lincolnshire, the new care home we are delivering for LACE Housing Association, is progressing well and at roof stage across its south and north blocks. Here our team from Lincoln can be seen on the centre block, the floor planks having just landed; now its onwards and upwards with masonry.
This new development incorporates a three storey block of 62 apartments and 10 surrounding semi-detached bungalows. Exclusively for older people with care and support needs, the scheme aims to maximise independence and improve resident wellbeing.
