The new teaching facility B60, at the University of East Anglia, now has a striking front façade, with its recently added white render and new slender concrete columns, which frame the main entrance to the building. Glazing in the curtain walling is also now installed by Drayton Windows, and includes solar control to assist the internal environment within the atrium.

The site team are now working hard on finalising the landscaping and internal laboratory fittings, to ensure the successful delivery of this innovative project, for an Autumn term campus opening.

This project is a great example of utilising local tradesmen, with subcontractors located in a radius no more than 25 miles of Norwich.
