A topping out ceremony, celebrated a further milestone on the Clare Castle Park project, which will see the conversion of the former goods shed for the town’s railway station, transformed into a new park centre. This will provide the community with extra space for educational and social events and exhibitions.
Attendees, which included Trustees, NRAP Architects and the design team, joined the R G Carter team on the centre’s completed roof, to mark the occasion.
