The new Frinton Tesco store is now officially opened to customers! Already keen and queuing early at the official opening last week on 28th May, the Mayor of Frinton cut the ribbon to allow the shopping to commence!
The project which was handed over earlier in the month, required the team to refurbish, reconfigure and refit the previous Co-Op store, located in the Triangle Shopping Centre.
The store was stripped back to the bulk heads and bare walls, to completely refit the space to the new Tesco standards and specification, including managing the installation of the new ceilings, shelving, refrigeration and freezers, along with the till and
self service areas.
This is the second Co-Op store refit R G Carter and this team have worked on for Tesco, having completed a project in Atherstone earlier this year.
Well done to everyone involved in this project. Fantastic teamwork as ever, making it a success. Great to see it now up and running.
