On Wednesday 12th October, this year’s Craft and Management Apprentices met for a welcome induction to the business to learn more about the Firm and the opportunities available.
Mark Howsen, Director, of SHE, presented to the group, to demonstrate the priority we place on keeping everyone safe . Our sustainability plans and initiatives were also outlined to the apprentices by John Langley, who chairs the Sustainability Committee.
After a break out to run through the more practical side of their apprenticeships, they took part in a team building exercise run by John Langley and Andy Grant from CDG, to create a bridge from paper and tape, followed by a test to see whose would hold the greatest load.
We welcome them all to the Firm.
