On Elm High Road in Wisbech, the housing for client Platform Housing, is starting to take shape, the main routes around this 5.5 hectare scheme now installed and giving a feel for how this new community will look.
The 137 homes (42 shared ownership and 95 affordable rent) are being developed in five phases, the first phase of 38 properties now all fully decorated. The rest of the homes are developing in various stages, with the last timber structures installed and brickwork coming to an end.
