R G Carter Lincoln are delighted to have been awarded a place on the YORbuild3 Medium Works Framework. Having secured a place on Lot 1 for projects valued £4m – £10m, and Lot 2 for new housing over 25 units in both the East and West regions, we are looking forward to working in collaboration with our new partner to deliver exemplar projects across the region.
The third generation framework aligns with the Government Construction Playbook covering the YORhub east region led by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and the west region led by Leeds City Council.
