R G Carter have delivered a two-storey extension and the expansion of the car park at the Drayton Medical Practice, around the corner from the Drayton offices, and in the same village where the Firm was founded over 100 years ago!
The extension has added nine spacious new consulting rooms, a waiting area, two WC’s and two utility rooms to the Practice on the ground floor. The first floor includes a staff room, a meeting room and three offices. The existing surgery building was also repainted and redecorated throughout. A new raised level was created behind the extension to expand the existing car park.
Well done to all the team involved on this challenging project where the Practice and Pharmacy were operational during works. Their positive daily engagement with staff and the local community helped ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible, with minimal disruption.
