We were delighted to host a steel signing at Cranfield University to celebrate the progress of the steel structure of a new two-storey extension to create laboratories, office space and meeting areas.
Guests from the University and the R G Carter team, gathered on site to make their own mark on one of the steel beams which was due to be installed later that day.
Professor Dame Helen Atkinson, Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University, was the first to sign, opening proceedings with a short speech about the importance of the project on completion.
This new space forms part of Cranfield’s Hydrogen Integration Incubator, creating specialist facilities for R&D into hydrogen technologies.
The project is procured via the @Pagabo Medium Works Framework.
