At a recent welcome event, 18 new apprentices gathered as we wished them well on their new career journey with the Firm. This year’s intake have started roles in Quantity Surveying, Design, Engineering, Site Management and Construction Management, as well as Craft Trades in Carpentry, Electrical and Bricklaying.
This event at our Bury St Edmunds office, gave them a chance meet everyone that is embarking on the same exciting journey, and to learn more about the company.
Inspiring speeches from three employees outlined their experience as an apprentice at the Firm and their career route since, plus some interactive activities got everyone working together.
R G Carter currently has 56 apprentices working across the Firm as we continue aim to help develop the next generation and the future of the Firm.
