We are delighted to announce that two projects recently completed for client King’s College Cambridge, have been recognised in the Cambridge Design and Construction Awards. Run by Cambridge City Council, with sponsors Cambridge Forum for the Construction Industry (CFCI), these prestigious awards celebrate the more recent high quality, developments that have been built in the city.

Bodley’s Court, the student accommodation restoration, won two awards; Best Conservation, Alteration or Extension of an existing building over £2m, plus a Craftsmanship Award.

The new-build Cranmer Villa and the Stephen Taylor Building, also for student living, was joint winner in the Best New Building and overall winner in the Sustainability project of the year awards. The perfect accolade for this project, built to Passivhaus standards.

A fantastic achievement to all those involved.
