Phase 2 of the Canary Quay development for Broadland Housing, is now structurally complete, as seen from this riverside view in Norwich.

Installation of the external envelope and cladding is rapidly being progressed, and internals are also now being installed, with second fix moving through the floors.

The development in Norwich City Centre will include over 300 open-market, shared ownership and affordable rented flats.

Clive Lewis, MP for Norwich South, said: “I’m a passionate supporter of social housing and this new development is great news for the people of Norwich. These new affordable rent flats will not only provide much-needed homes, but also stability in people’s lives.”
