We have now started building work on a new development which will see the creation of 62 apartments and 10 bungalows in Welton, exclusively for older people with care and support needs.
Funded by Homes England, West Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council, the scheme which aims to maximise independence and improve wellbeing, will offer affordable accommodation from voluntary, non-profitmaking LACE Housing.
A recent celebration on site with Lace Housing marked the start of their fourth housing with extra care scheme in Lincolnshire, with representatives from the funders also attending.
