More than 100 graduates and apprentices recently gathered at the Norfolk Food Hall for a celebratory breakfast recognising the Firm’s commitment to developing future talent.
The event brought together those who are currently undertaking, newly enrolled on, or have recently completed apprenticeships, NVQs, degree programmes, charterships and other professional qualifications over the past four years.
Hosted by James Carter, the gathering celebrated achievements in learning and development across the Group, as well as introducing 20 new apprentices that have joined the business this year. James’s speech encouraged colleagues to make the most of every opportunity, learn from others and continue to challenge themselves throughout their careers.
The breakfast was a celebration of the next generation who will be foundations of the future.
