The new slate roof on the lower block is now complete at The Winerack. Dormer windows are also set in place, revealing the amazing view across the River Orwell which will be seen from these exclusive apartments at Albion Wharf, Ipswich.
The other blocks remain on target and will soon be in a position where the scaffolding can be dismantled. All trades are now working internally with an emphasis on finishing stages which will see progression of carpentry, flooring and decoration.
