We are delighted to be delivering 58 affordable homes for over 55’s, which will be built on the site of a former care home at the Herondale site in Acle, Norfolk. Run and managed by Saffron Housing Trust, the complex will provide on-site domiciliary care available from Norfolk County Council’s own company Norse Care.
The proposed scheme comprises of one and two-bedroom self-contained flats, internal and external communal spaces, and will enable residents to retain their independence and remain active in the community, whilst benefiting from on-site facilities.
