Our Defence teams based at RAF Lakenheath and Mildenhall, proudly took part in the Wear It Purple Day recently, in support of Military Children. The team had great fun getting involved and dressing in the appropriate colour with some creative Cadburys props!
This special occasion recognises these children’s unique challenges and their sacrifices while honouring their contribution to the armed forces community. It is estimated that more than 1.6m military children experience constant changes as their parents serve in the military, families moving every two to three years, meaning new schools, environments and new friends.
A fantastic way to come together, show support, and raise awareness for the resilience and experiences of these amazing young people.
