We were delighted that The Mayflower Building we delivered for Boston College, won Development Project of the Year (over £5m) at the Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2026. Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce described the building as ‘A true landmark for Lincolnshire’ – a huge accolade for everyone involved in the delivery of this award-winning building.
Our team had a great evening at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground – Home of the LAS – celebrating this fantastic win for this unique and educational project with Boston College and YMD Boon.
