Wonderful news that Swallowtail Place has won a Pagabo 2022 Award for Best Project Delivered between £5m-£15m. As one of our key framework partners, we are delighted to have been recognised for the work on this independent living housing scheme at Acle, being delivered for client Saffron Housing Trust Limited.
At this new independent community living-plus scheme, NorseCare will provide on-site care and support, 24/7 for its residents. The scheme for the over-55s, will include one and two-bedroom self-contained flats and communal areas, providing much needed homes in the local area and a wonderful place to live; designed to create a sense of community and reduce social isolation.
Paul Cushing and Tim Leggett attended the event at Pagabo’s headquarters in Hull, to receive the award on behalf of R G Carter.
Congratulations to everyone involved in the planning and progress to date on this community-led award winning project, which completes later this autumn.
