Works on the new Albion Wharf development in Ipswich are visibly starting to ramp up with several trades working together on site.
The scaffolding is progressing well and now envelopes the building to provide access to the floors as well as access for facade installation.
Within the next few weeks the team will begin the roofing works and the steelwork will be erected as the roofs are formed. These works are vital to making the building watertight before work can begin inside.
