Waitrose Store Refurbishments – Saxmundham, Suffolk

The refurbishment and refrigeration upgrade project at Waitrose Saxmundham was completed by R G Carter Projects team within the programme, with a large proportion of the work carried out outside trading hours to limit disruption.

Internal improvements included floor grinding and polishing, the installation of new refrigerated cases, fresh decorative finishes, and refurbishment of the back counters. A new click-and-collect room was created, the café was refurbished, and store signage was upgraded to enhance both customer service and store presentation.

External works comprised the resurfacing of the car park, installation of new signage, external decorations, the addition of a new generator, and the reconfiguration of the existing plant area to improve site efficiency.
