At the end of 2023, our team completed Herne Bay Crematorium and Memorial Gardens. As spring and summer emerge this year, it will be wonderful to see the vast gardens, wildflower meadows and ponds, grow and bloom, creating picturesque, calm and tranquil surroundings for visitors, and a home for local wildlife in this stunning Kent countryside.

The crematorium sits on a huge 14 acre expanse of the land, providing a 98-seat chapel, waiting room, crematory and office space with surrounding gardens.

An official event was held by Westerleigh for this, their 40th site, in November 2023, where Sir Roger Gale, Herne Bay MP, cut the ribbon, followed by ‘The Last Post’ played at 11am in honour of Remembrance Day.
