At the housing scheme at Bowthorpe on Threescore, the R G Carter team are pleased to have handed over the next set of homes, Section 7, to Norwich City Council. The mix of affordable and shared ownerships properties offer two to four bedrooms, semi, terraced and detached, and brick, clad and rendered in style creating an eclectic style within each road.
Now having handed over a further 13, the team have 19 houses left to complete by the summer on this new development on the outskirts of Norwich, where the Firm has worked on housing since 2017.
Residents have now started to move in to the first completed sections on the scheme, and as families start to make their own mark on their homes and gardens, you can get a sense of the wonderful community feel the Council is aiming to achieve.
