R G Carter has successfully completed its second Primark project of the year, delivering a full refurbishment of the retailer’s Harlow store in just seven weeks.
The fast track programme saw a wide range of improvements delivered across both customer facing and colleague areas. Works included new flooring, upgraded wall panels, refreshed fitting rooms and cash desk areas, helping to enhance the overall store environment.
Staff facilities were also improved as part of the refurbishment, including a new multi faith room and dedicated foot wash facilities.
With the store remaining operational throughout the project, careful planning and phasing were essential to minimise disruption. This was particularly important within the live fitting room environment, where works had to be carefully coordinated around the day to day operation of the store.
The project also included updated signage and a full redecoration, creating a fresh and improved environment for both customers and colleagues.
The successful completion of the Harlow store marks another fast paced retail refurbishment delivered by R G Carter for Primark this year.
